The price of solar has been dropping for many years, and we're finally at the point where it is cost competitive. In this video, I explain some basic concepts and walk through some misconceptions about solar prices. Please spread the word and share this video!

As part of my job, I keep a close eye on solar markets and for the past 5 years, I've seen solar energy get closer and closer to reaching "grid parity." With the rise of new financing mechanisms for solar (such as Power Purchase Agreements), now is the time when solar is cost competitive for the masses.
